1. On September 25, 2021, China's National New Generation AI Governance Professional Committee issued the New Generation AI Ethics Code, which aims to integrate ethics into the whole life cycle of AI and provide ethical guidance for natural persons, legal persons and other relevant institutions engaged in AI related activities. At the same time, enhance the ethical and behavioral awareness of AI in the whole society, actively guide responsible AI research and development and application activities, and promote the healthy development of AI.

2. On November 24, 2021, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) adopted the first global agreement on the ethics of artificial intelligence, the Proposal on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (hereinafter referred to as the "Proposal"), for 193 member countries to adopt. The Proposal defines the common values and principles on AI technology and application to guide the establishment of the necessary legal framework, ensure the sound development of AI, promote the technology to serve human, society, environment and ecosystem, and prevent potential risks.
